Returns Policy

Saucy Minx Collection offers a 14 day manufactural fault warranty on all products.  This does not include wear and tear, misuse or change of mind.

If faulty items are required to be returned to Saucy Minx Collection, it will be at the senders cost.  However, in most cases, photo evidence of the fault may be all that is required.

Saucy Minx Collection has the right to repair, replace or exchange the faulty item at our sole discretion.  All replacements will be shipped at no cost to the customer.

Proof of purchase may be required if the product was not purchased through our online store.
